金融政策宣導

因應內政部新式外來人口統一證號專案於110年1月2日起實施，將現行統一證號調整為 1碼英文+9碼數字身分證字號格式，若您已申請新式外來人口統一證號，提醒您下列事項：

• 內政部移民署全球資訊網已建置「新式外來人口統一證號專區」，相關資訊可於該專區查閱，如有金融諮詢外之相關問題，可請您撥打移民署各服務站電話、「1996內政服務熱線」及「外來人士在臺生活諮詢服務熱線1990」。
   
• 改號後建議同步更新相關資訊予銀行、公共事業費機關、稅捐機關…等單位，以利該單位更新資訊並順利依您與該單位之約定完成入/扣款項。
   
• 提醒您，本年度所得稅結算申報時，請您注意申報之統一證號與金融機構留存之證號是否相符，以維護您的權益。
   
• 若您與本公司有基金交易往來，請主動將您的統一證號更新為新式外來人口證號，以確保資料正確性。本公司新式統一證號更新後須以新證號登入電子交易平台。
   
• 如您有變更需求，敬請您攜帶新、舊證照正本，至本公司或採郵寄方式辦理新式外來人口統一證號資料變更事宜，以利主管機關資料申報正確報送。

Effective January 2, 2021, the Ministry of the Interior has implemented the New UI No. format for foreign nationals. The current UI No. has been revised to follow the National ID format: one letter followed by nine digits. If you have already applied for the New UI No., please be reminded of the following:

• The National Immigration Agency has established a dedicated section on its official website for the New UI No. format. Relevant information can be found there. For inquiries other than financial services, please contact the Immigration Agency service stations, the “1996 Ministry of the Interior Service Hotline,” or the “1990 Foreign Nationals in Taiwan Service Hotline.”
   
• After replacing your UI No., please update your information with banks, public utility companies, tax authorities, and other relevant institutions to ensure smooth processing of deposits and deductions in accordance with your agreements.
   
• During this year’s income tax filing period, please ensure that the UI No. you declare is consistent with the number retained by your financial institution to safeguard your rights.
   
• If you have fund transactions with our company, please update your UI No. to the new format to maintain data accuracy. After the update, you will be required to log in to the electronic trading platform using your new UI No.
   
• If you need to make changes, please bring both your new and old original certificates to our company, or send them by mail, to update your New UI No. information. This will ensure that reporting to the competent authorities is accurate and complete.
